The 105 square metres large house, furnished in high-quality, consists of the ground, the upper and the top floor. Among there is a garage with a parking space in front. A little front garden and a planted stone rampart mark off the house at the front to the 'Waldstraße'.
At the back of the house there is a terrace with comfortable places to sit and a barbecue site. The centre of attraction in the little garden is the boulder, which is obviously the oldest piece in there. Apart from that the house has been finished in summer 2002.
On the left side the garden borders on a beautiful old house covered in ivy. To the right, House Sommerfrische borders on four other living units of the holiday area.
It is just a 5-8 minutes walk to the beach, left or right around the campsite. The next supermarket is to be reached in 3 minutes and the Centre West is not far away either. For our younger guests a little wooden cart is available for a pledge of 100€. 200 metres further down, in the 'Waldstraße' No.7, is a rental shop for bicycles.
